I had to search for at least an hour to find a recipe that didn’t call for multiple ingredients that were out of my price range. The only thing that’s pricey is the xanthan gum, but at least there’s a lot in the package. Also, I excluded the water and dry milk powder, and put 1 1/3 cup regular milk in their place. So whenever it says put the water with the yeast, just put room temperature liquid milk in there instead, then leave out the milk powder. This turned out so good! I hope someone else can use this!
